ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Build a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Operate your property portfolio as your own business • Organize your schedule freely • Work partly remotely and partly in the field

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Self-motivation and autonomy • Availability to start at your convenience
