ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in Langres and the surrounding area • Develop the local business by bringing new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties and develop an autonomous local business • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
