📋 Description

• Develop the local market by onboarding new properties under management • Manage a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Receive and manage property owner requests through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to work independently • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
