ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Act as the local network representative in Montluçon and the surrounding area • Develop the local business and onboard new properties for management • Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Receive and manage property-owner requests via the ALB platform • Optionally build a team of City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
