📋 Description

• En tant que City Manager ALB, vous êtes le référent local du réseau sur votre ville et ses environs. • Vous gérez votre secteur comme votre propre entreprise. • Développement commercial : rentrer de nouveaux biens en gestion (appartements, maisons, villas, chalets, logements atypiques) • Pilotage opérationnel de votre parc : ménage, maintenance, check-in/check-out, relation voyageurs • Optimisation des revenus : yield management, multi-diffusion Airbnb/Booking/Abritel • Animation de votre réseau local de prestataires • Délégation possible lors de vos absences grâce au Système Vacances ALB
