📋 Description

• Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas • Manage your territory as if it were your own business • Grow the business by bringing new properties into management • Oversee property operations: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation to work independently • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • Full training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
