📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, unique and unusual accommodations) • Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as ALB’s point of contact in your area • Organize your schedule freely and work partly remotely and partly in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Strong persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Open to candidates from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other professional background • Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Ability to work independently • Comfortable with flexible scheduling and support from an organization with proven processes
