ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure listings are distributed across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and develop a portfolio of managed properties • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelancer • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivated and self-directed • Background in real estate, sales, or another sector accepted • Desire to build a long-term recurring income • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
