📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Manage a portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Serve as ALB’s point of contact in your area • Organize your schedule independently and work in the field or remotely

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasion skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodations • Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds, with a willingness to learn and deliver high-quality work • Autonomy and strong time-management skills • Comprehensive in-house training provided • Start when you are ready
