📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the local market by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Self-employed status • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
