• Vous devenez le référent ALB sur votre secteur. • Identifier et rentrer de nouveaux biens en gestion (Appartements, Maisons, Villas, Chalets, Logements Atypiques, Insolites...). • Gérer votre parc comme votre propre entreprise (Coordination du ménage, maintenance, relations propriétaires et voyageurs). • Organiser votre temps et travailler d'où vous voulez (Télétravail partiel / Terrain).
