ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the territory commercially by acquiring new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Organize cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services • Manage relationships with guests • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure listings are distributed across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service-provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation is essential; experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Seeking the independence of a self-employed professional with the support of a structured network • Interested in building a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
