📋 Description
• Commercially grow the territory by onboarding new properties under management • Operationally oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out and guest relations • Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-listing on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel • Coordinate the local provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences using the ALB Vacation System • Serve as the network's local point of contact for the city and surrounding areas • Manage the territory as your own business • Build a portfolio of managed properties and potentially develop a team of City Managers under sponsorship
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to persuade and build trusting relationships with property owners • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is possible • Motivation is the primary requirement • Seeking the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network • Desire to build long-term, recurring income • Independent contractor status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • €0 investment required
