They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas • Drive business development in your territory and acquire new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage and coordinate the local service-provider network • Delegate property portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Build and manage a portfolio of properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
