ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the area by acquiring new properties under management • Manage a portfolio of properties, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations operations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Manage listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and commitment to building recurring long-term income • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of an established network • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
