📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative of the network in your city and surrounding area • Drive business development in the area and bring new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
