📋 Description

• Develop the local business by acquiring new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity
