ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service-provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under the sponsorship program and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Strong motivation • Independence of a self-employed professional, combined with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
