📋 Description

• Serve as the network’s local representative in Houlgate and the surrounding area • Grow the business in the area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
