📋 Description
• As an ALB City Manager, you are the network's local point of contact for your city and surrounding area. • Business development: acquire new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and atypical properties) • Operational management of your portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Revenue optimization: yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb/Booking/Abritel • Coordination and engagement of your local supplier network • Delegation possible during your absences through the ALB Vacation System
🎯 Requirements
• You can persuade and build trust with property owners • Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — your motivation matters • You want the autonomy of an independent with the support of a structured network • You want to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
