ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the local business by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee day-to-day property operations: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and cross-listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate property management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in the area through the ALB platform • Recruit and potentially mentor other City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but motivation is what matters • No investment required
