ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio, including housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally build a team of sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their business activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and self-reliance • Interest in building a recurring long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
