📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative of the network in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the local business by bringing new properties into management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties and develop a short-term rental management business

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and self-discipline • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
