ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management • Manage a local portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique properties • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries through the ALB platform • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their business activity

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome, but no specific experience is required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
