📋 Description

• Grow the local business by onboarding new properties under management • Manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Develop and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management through the ALB Vacation System during periods of absence • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
