📋 Description

• Develop the local market by bringing new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage and coordinate the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Manage the city and surrounding area as your own business • Potentially build a team of City Managers through sponsorship
