They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the local business by bringing new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System • Represent the network locally in the city and surrounding areas • Run the territory as your own business

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Desire to build a recurring long-term income • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
