ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the assigned area by onboarding new properties under management • Manage a local portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and coordinate a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Represent the network locally in the city and surrounding areas • Optionally build a team of City Managers under the sponsorship program

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an independent business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience explicitly required • Independent contractor status • No investment required
