📋 Description

• Develop the local market by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Maximize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and ability to work independently • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace • No investment required
