📋 Description

• Develop the local market by onboarding new properties for management • Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodation • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations operations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
