ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the assigned area by acquiring new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Organize cleaning, maintenance, and check-ins/check-outs • Manage guest relationships • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Establish the ALB network locally in Aubenas and the surrounding area • Manage the area as if it were your own business

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build relationships based on trust • Motivation and autonomy • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
