📋 Description

• Develop the local market commercially by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Organize cleaning, maintenance, and check-ins/check-outs • Manage guest relationships • Optimize revenue through yield management • List properties across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage the local service provider network • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a recurring long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
