📋 Description

• Drive business development in the area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Manage cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-platform listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Potentially recruit City Managers under a sponsorship program and earn commissions on their activity
