ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the local business by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries via the ALB platform • Potentially build a team of City Managers through a sponsorship program

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • No investment required • Full training provided • Start at your own pace
