📋 Description

• Act as the local representative of the network in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the local business by onboarding new properties under management • Oversee property operations: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage a local network of service providers • Delegate property management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and autonomy • No investment required • Full training included
