📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding area • Drive business development by bringing new properties under management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build and grow a portfolio of managed properties • Where applicable, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
