ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the assigned area by onboarding new properties under management • Manage the property portfolio’s day-to-day operations • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services • Manage guest relationships • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Develop and coordinate the local service-provider network • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
