ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Grow the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services • Manage guest relationships • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure listings are distributed across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Motivation and commitment to building a recurring income over the long term • Independence of a self-employed professional combined with the support of a structured network • Self-employed status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
