📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas • Develop the sector commercially and onboard new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under a referral arrangement and earn commissions on their activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation • The autonomy of an independent professional with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
