ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local representative of the ALB network in the city and surrounding areas • Grow the business in the area and acquire new properties for management • Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management • Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Manage the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System • Handle property owner inquiries in the area and manage operations through the ALB platform • Build a team of sponsored City Managers, if desired
