ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Serve as the local network representative in Arcachon and the surrounding area • Develop the local business by onboarding new properties for management • Manage the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Coordinate the local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System • Build a portfolio of managed properties • If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Self-motivated, with the ability to leverage the support of a structured network • Willingness to build a recurring long-term income • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
