ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Act as the network’s local representative in the city and surrounding area • Develop the territory commercially by onboarding new properties for management • Manage the property portfolio, including cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System • Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence suited to self-employment • Willingness to build a recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
