📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Become ALB’s local representative in your area • Manage a property portfolio as if it were your own business • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Organize your schedule freely and work from anywhere • Develop a client portfolio generating recurring monthly commissions

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Strong persuasive skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties • Open to candidates from all backgrounds and professional sectors • Eager to learn and committed to doing quality work • Autonomous time management and organization • Comprehensive in-house training provided (Legal, Technical, Sales, and Property Management)
