ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new properties for management • Build and develop a real estate portfolio • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Run your property portfolio as your own business • Organize your schedule freely and work in the field or remotely • Become ALB’s local representative in your area

• Status: Independent contractor • Persuasiveness: able to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property • Open to all backgrounds and professional sectors • Eager to learn and committed to delivering high-quality work • Self-motivated and autonomous • Willing to benefit from a flexible organization, ongoing support, and proven processes • Start date: at your convenience
