📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property management concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property management concierge business in your designated area • Prospect for and secure property management mandates from owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Monitor operations via the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
