📋 Description

• Create and develop your concierge services business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
