📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Grow a portfolio of managed properties and generate recurring revenue

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation required; experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Desire for independence with the support of a structured network • Interest in building long-term recurring income • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
