📋 Description

• Create and grow your property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • You have experience in real estate, sales, or another industry • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Self-employed status • No investment required
