📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required • No investment required • Comprehensive training included
