📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge service commissions generated by your business • Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

• Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
