📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop a concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure service agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive property-owner leads in your area

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Self-motivated, with the ability to leverage a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income stream • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required • No investment required • Comprehensive training provided • Start at your own pace
