ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign mandates with property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and process property owner inquiries in your area • Monitor and manage operations in real time via the ALB platform

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a recurring long-term income • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
