They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Entrepreneurial motivation and independence • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Independent contractor status • Full training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
