📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own real estate concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop your concierge services company in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship

• You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and drive • The autonomy of an independent business owner, backed by a structured network • A desire to build a long-term recurring income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
