ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • If desired, build a network of City Managers under your mentorship • Grow a portfolio of managed properties and a recurring-revenue business

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor / self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation and commitment to building an independent business • Interest in generating long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is a plus but not required • No investment required
