ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Create and grow a property concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship • Progress toward building a network of City Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required
