📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow the concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for property owners and secure service agreements • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area through the ALB platform

• Independent contractor status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ambition to build a recurring long-term income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
