They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and secure management mandates from property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance staff • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a short-term rental management business in your area

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business • Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network • No investment required • No specific industry experience required; candidates from real estate, sales, or other sectors are welcome • Comprehensive training included
