📋 Description

• Create and develop a property concierge business under the ALB brand • Prospect for and secure management mandates from property owners • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Develop a business generating recurring fees from property stays
