📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge business in your area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship

🎯 Requirements

• Self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them • Motivation and willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Start at your own pace
