📋 Description

• Launch and grow your own real estate concierge services business under the ALB brand • Establish and develop the concierge services business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area

• Independent contractor / self-employed status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and autonomy • Willingness to build a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome but not required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
