They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand • Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area • Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties • Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents • Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools • Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship • Manage the business through the ALB platform • Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence

🎯 Requirements

• Independent / freelance status • Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business • Autonomy supported by a structured network • Interest in building a long-term recurring income • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • No investment required • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace
